Personifications of Michael “The Cat” and Gabriel as animals symbolic to their personalities. The Cat actually has two ways of symbolizing him. As an actual cat, an Abyssinian, and as a tiger. In High Society, following Gabriel’s infection and adoption into the group, the undead schizophrenic is used as a “pitbull” by The Cat enact revenge on and punish those who cross him. Gabriel takes to the task like a fish to water, but the man isn’t stable. It’s only a matter of time before something makes him snap. And then The Cat may come to regret baiting his “pet” so often.
