Found the thing from that gif-set. I had forgotten that Elijah and Dominic played hobbits together in LotR until I rewatched the movies a few days ago. Before that, I thought he was just spewing gibberish! I should’ve known: no gibberish so awesome as shouting DOMINIC MONAGHAN could be anything other than a name (or an awesome curse).
